This Small Jatoba Cutting Board is perfect for small kitchen tasks. Made from jatoba hardwood, this cutting board is non-porous and highly durable, making it ideal for cutting, slicing, and dicing. It is lightweight and easy to clean, making kitchen preparation quick and efficient.
All of our boards are coated with mineral oil when finished. Then we apply some beeswax before they are sent away.
Easy maintainance, simply clean using a mild soap with a dish brush or a cloth and then rinse.
Once dry, store upright if possible to prevent the board from curling. We suggest oiling your board every 2 months with MINERAL OIL ONLY. Wood has natural antibacterial properties which makes it one of the best options for cutting food.
Our cutting boards are all made in Quebec, with food safe products which are, when possible, locally sourced.
